Refund policy
Return
We accept returns within 15 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
To initiate a return please contact our customer service team at skshaircare@gmail.com to obtain a return shipping label. Please include your original receipt or packing slip with the returned item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Order Cancellation
Once an order has been shipped and moved to fulfillment it cannot be cancelled.
If you believe you have a valid reason for requesting a refund based on the criteria mentioned above, please don't hesitate to contact us. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
