Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with the SK Hair Care. We ship to most countries worldwide via UPS, USPS and DHL for domestic and international transit. 

Estimated delivery time is in business days and does NOT include weekends or holidays. Please allow 3-5 days for orders to process. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link once your order ships.  

PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for items shipped to the wrong mailing address.  Labels are printed with the address that was used during the purchase.  

To ensure that your package is properly delivered please make sure your address is entered correctly including any apartment or unit #.

If you realize you’ve entered your shipping address incorrectly, please send an email to skhaircare@gmail.com with URGENT in the subject line within 24 hours of placing the order. 

Although we cannot guarantee that we'll catch your order in time before it ships, we will try our absolute best to make the requested changes. 

We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays or detours are avoided. 

NOTE: If your order is returned, there will be an additional fee to have it reshipped back to you. PLEASE make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact UPS or the United Postal Service directly. SK Hair Care holds no responsibility for packages that are confirmed delivered.

Unfortunately, SK Hair Care do not replace lost, stolen or damaged items that may occur in route to your destination. If an item is lost, stolen or damaged from the shipping company, a claim must be filed directly with the shipping company ie, UPS, or USPS respectively.

International Customs Regulations: The purchaser is responsible to pay any applicable taxes or duties that may apply. We do not calculate or collect duties from the customer. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check the country and local regulations and policies of the receiving country and abide by them. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be sure the Customs Department permits the shipment of our products to your country and what the duties or tariffs may be upon delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages: SK Hair Care is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order.

Upon inquiry, SK Hair Care customer support will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. It is up to the customer to provide an accurate address when entering their shipping information. Please contact the carrier directly for any information regarding issues with your delivery. Please have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.


HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at skshaircare@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
